What we can offer

$200 travel voucher for out-of-state guest artists

To be disbursed as soon as your workshop is a min of 5 people

We will find you housing within our community

Rides to/from the airport as much as possible

And you get to hang out with a bunch of rad silks people!
COMPENSATION
-
70/30 split from the profits of your workshop

With discounts for meeting attendees and workshop packages, we average all these payments for a base rate per attendee.
In 2026 that base rate was $65, meaning coach payouts were $45.50 per attendee:-
Ex. If you sign up six people, your take-home pay is $273

A full workshop of 12 people your take-home pay is $546

In 2026 all our workshops were full and most had waitlists of 3-8 people!

Workshops are capped at 14 people (or less if you request)

If your workshop sells out we have the ability to add more workshops for interested parties
