Does the phrase "Just improv a bit!" strike terror in you? Do you feel like you're in the "monkey see, monkey do" rut of classes? Do you wish you could discover new pathways but have no earthly clue how to start? Amy's workshop will give you real, concrete exercises to help you get out of your mimicry funk as you work on your own or with others. This workshop is the perfect segue to Open Jam! We'll talk about: - Breaking down the "experiment" - Prompts and tools to get your creative juices flowing - Safety during creative play - Working solo or with a group / partner - Learning how to "see" - Documenting your process and celebrating your discoveries! Pre Reqs - Be able to be in the air for 1-2 minutes at a time - Come with a sequence you know really well!
