That’s a Wrap…but which one? Get ready to get nerdy…this workshop delves into the theory of s-wraps and z-wraps (or u-locks). Learn the in’s and out’s, pathways, and utility of these fundamental wraps…creative and fun sequencing included. This class is good for most levels, even if you already know your s-wap. Pre Reqs Attendees should be able to invert multiple times in the air and remain up for 1-2 minutes at a time.
