"We’ll explore theory, inspiration, & limitations which will inform & guide our exploration on & off the ground. We’ll identify & play with some common & unique wraps, blocks, wedging & balancing that lend to ultimate shape-making opportunities in the air. From the simple to the complex, get ready to explore wraps which create structure & support. We’ll experiment with force principles such as resistance, tension, pinching, wedging, blocking, posting, & balancing. We’ll identify the shapes we gravitate toward as individuals as well as our personal preferences for aesthetics. We can’t all contort, but we can focus on incorporating the shapes our bodies like to make - & look good making - into our movement practice!" Pre Reqs None
