Do you really love honing in on one idea and understanding it fully? This workshop is just for you if you want to deep dive into a classic, the star drop! At the end of the block you will know more than you ever thought there was to know about this oldie but goodie, but come out with some new twists and turns to this rotation! I’ll give you the full break down of what is happening to your wraps in a star as well as how you can define your drop through concepts like arc and trajectory. I’ll also show you my favourite sneaky ways of wrapping a star drop that no one saw coming! Pre-Reqs: • climb and invert in the air • helpful to be comfortable in star drop and front salto of any kind
