Service Description

In this workshop, we will cover different types of spins on aerial silks, and each spin will be incorporated into a flowy sequence. We will focus on how to build and maintain momentum in our spins, as well as find our lines with our body positioning. Each sequence can be done without a spin, so even if you are prone to dizziness you are welcome to join! Pre Reqs You must be able to confidently climb up the silks, invert safely in the air multiple times throughout class, and can perform intermediate level skills including a star drop, Hipkey, and CASH climb.
