This aerial silks workshop focuses on seamlessly building moves on top of one another, increasing fluidity, strength, and control to enhance transitions. Students will love learning the unexpected ways we can connect tricks! Pre Reqs - Ideally, students should already be comfortable with small drops such as salto & single star.
