Service Description

This technical but sequence-based workshop is a culmination of the last ten years of my research into foot and leg hitches. Although we will be working with some lesson common vocabulary here the material is very intermediate friendly! I'll catch everyone up on the concept of a foot hitch aka tension lock and then we will play with the possibilities! These quick loops allow you to stand, ascent, rest, and sneak on wraps in some fun and unexpected ways! Join me and let's go hitchhiking up the silks! Pre-Reqs: • comfortable inverting in the air repeatedly • competent at knee hooks and leg crochets • a fair amount of foot lock or hitch tolerance is a plus"
