Demystifying the Ping Pong

Ping pongs. So powerful. So elusive. So cool. And yet, they're SO HARD... Liesl has made it her special project to understand ping pongs as deeply as possible and she has successfully taught them to aerialists of all levels. This workshop will break down the ping pong to extremely manageable steps and will reveal all the secrets in the process. We will also be learning how to apply the technique in a variety of drops. Pre-Reqs: - The ability to invert in the air many times throughout the class.
