Service Description

Laban Technique is a movement tool used by dancers and actors since the 1950s to apply different efforts to movement in order to change the story it tells. In this workshop we learn to apply Laban’s movement efforts to our own aerial choreography so that it can tell any story. This workshop gives you tools to access styles you don’t usually employ so that you can become a more versatile performer. Pre Reqs: Please bring at least one minute of original choreography to use as a basis for research
