Service Description

This workshop consists of some of my favorite unique climbs I've created over the past 10 years. This is a great workshop for students who are looking to add more flavor to their ascents in performance, or just to tinker around with for fun. Each climb can beautifully transition into a full phrase of sequencing, and I'll show students some of my preferred transitions at the “top” of each climb to help inspire direction. Pre Reqs comfortable in knee climbs/inversion climbs, a pull up is helpful but not necessary
