"Catch"

Service Description

"Catch" is a workshop designed to teach students dynamic release moves such as pirouettes/twists, saltos, cartwheels, and back-crosses. The workshop will be in a safe, supportive environment with access to appropriate safety mats and several levels of progressions. Students will be expected to have familiarity and experience with numerous beats and the ability to do several beats sequentially. Previous experience with releases is welcome as there will be opportunities to refine technique. Students who do not meet the pre-requisites may be asked to observe. Students should be prepared to fall repeatedly while learning these high-risk, high-reward skills.
